The Grimdark Future series of games is a miniature agnostic system that is fun to play, easy to learn. A basic game of Grimdark Future Firefight takes less than an hour to play once you know the rules. Best of all, the rules as well as paper and .stl files are available for FREE. We teach and play "Grimdark Future: Firefight" and some experienced players play Grimdark Future. "Grimdark Future: Firefight" is a skirmish level game that pits team of between 5 and 10 figures against one another. Figures will be supplied to new players interested in learning. All players are welcome to bring preconstructed 300-point teams and use the forces organization rules to keep it balanced. This is planned as a two time a month even on the 2nd and 4th Tuesday starting at 6pm. This will continue for as long as there is interest. It is our intention to grow with regards to the event types. We are additionally adding building and painting at this and other locations as we start to establish a slow grow league.

After our successful GDF campaign in early 2025, I am happy to announce the next campaign: "Three Gods Awaken". In this event, we get to know each other. We start our campaign with AoF Skirmish, 250 pts. It's supposed to be a super-simple campaign. The concept is simple: - Every monthly Casual Game Night in Zurich you can play as many games as you like against any opponents, using the systems AoF and AoFS - You are free to choose how many points you want to play, but there will be a recommended army size for each Game Night - We play six campaign rounds (six Game Nights). You participate as often as you want. - Campaign victory will be determined by the number of victory points. You gain victory points by painting your army, by attending, and by winning games. There can also be special campaign objectives which can award points. - There will be a Scoreboard and a campaign document (link: https://docs.google.com/document/d/18IPLfXHHySbwmZXVhD6zA4eiZ0jLcY0ubxLkppeEjhk/edit?usp=sharing ) This will be the narrative of our campaign: The Voidgates tremble. Beyond Tyria, in the forgotten plane of Endrin, three slumbering gods stir: Vaelthar, the Guardian (order and resilience), Myrrha, the Trickster (cunning and adaptability), and Gorm, the Unbound (raw power and freedom). Once mighty, now weakened, they whisper to warriors, mages, and inventors across the Planarverse, luring them through a newly opened Voidgate with promises of power. Endrin is a land of ruins and latent divinity, where ancient altars await offerings. The gods cannot wake alone—they need you. By conquering artifacts and sacrificing them at their altars, you fuel their return. But beware: as they grow stronger, so does their rivalry. Vaelthar’s fortresses clash with Myrrha’s deceits; Gorm’s fury breaks against their schemes. The plane itself shifts with their struggles—fortresses rise, jungles sprawl, storms rage. In six phases, you’ll shape Endrin’s fate. Who will you empower? The choice is yours—the Voidgate awaits. The event is happening in the club room of Swiss Gamers Unplugged. The volunteers from Warplings will guide through you first round of One Page Rules in your chosen system and help you out with any question you might have.

Hi, I have been looking for an email to get in touch but have failed to find one. I am hoping that it is ok I am reaching out to you here. I am currently in the early stages of opening up a hobby store. I have been running my own company hosting Dungeons and Dragons sessions for children with of all ages and educational needs since Covid and I have been looking to move into miniature sales. I am wanting to open up a miniature Wargame and RPG shopfront, and use the OPR systems for all of our wargames. The business would have a heavy emphasis on bringing a new generation of wargamers to a system that is more accessible than the current high street miniature wargame brand. I work with children and have seen first hand the passive benefits that come to young people through the tabletop games and hobbying, and I would like to build a community that centres around these activities. In planning and sourcing investment, I realised that OPR may be interested in having a dedicated high street location, and I was wondering if you guys would like to have a conversation. I would love to talk to you about what I am working on, and I thought that opening the conversation during the early stages would allow you to gauge how much you guys would like to be involved. I would also like to be clear, I have already sourced the majority of my investment so I am not reaching out to you for that.
