Job Description:

We're looking for a talented and experienced social media manager with a graphical design skillset to join our Marketing and Communications team. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing B2C social media accounts in industries related to entertainment, games, or similar. You will be part of a small team managing several growing accounts with tens of thousands of subscribers and a very active, positive, and enthusiastic community.

This is a freelance position and can be part or full-time depending on your availability and range of skills. If you have more to bring than the minimal requirements, we will probably have use for your skills and ideas!

Requirements:

Minimal skillset:

• 3+ years of experience in social media management or other relevant experience
• Great written and spoken English language skills
• Team player and good attitude
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

The following are not mandatory but would be a great advantage:

• Graphical design skillset (creating social media publications, etc)
• Experience with customer acquisition, ad strategy, and ad content (mainly on social media but any experience is appreciated)
• Experience running crowdfunding campaigns
• Knowledge of tabletop gaming and miniature games, as a player and/or knowledge of the industry
• Being passionate about gaming and painting miniatures

Responsibilities:

The extent of your responsibilities will vary depending on your skills and availability. They can include:

• Manage social media accounts: design posting strategy and calendar, targets, write content and create graphics, answer questions and commentaries from the community
• Design and manage our social media ad strategy
• Manage crowdfunding campaigns for our products
• Secure partnerships with influencers in our industry
