New Ratmen Clans Star Quest Campaign: Breaking the Cycle

With the release of Breaking the Cycle, we are bringing our first Grimdark Future Star Quest Saga to its climactic end, giving players a chance to learn the mystery behind the titular relics, the elusive adventurer Ellisia Orvenas, and the eccentric and often treacherous robot companions who have appeared to oppose her.
This story is designed, above all, to stand on its own as an exciting adventure, but those who have followed the saga through its development will see a number of familiar faces who appear to help or hinder the players as they progress through the station where it all started. A secretive band of Ratmen Clans operating in the heart of Tugator will serve as the antagonists of their story, but the scenarios are designed to be modular, allowing players to re-enact the climactic confrontations with any party and any antagonist.
Tier 1 and above Patreon supporters will receive the GF: Star Quest: Breaking the Cycle over the course of six months. Meanwhile, Tier 2 & 3 Patreon supporters will also have the major villain model added to their MyMiniFactory Library!

Story - Breaking the Cycle
After getting approached by a dubious robot on the remote station of Tugator, the players have pursued Ellisia through the Frontier in search of mysterious relics known only as the Chrono Shards. Now with one of the Shards in your possession and two in Ellisia’s hands, she has invited you back to where it all began, promising that all of your questions will finally be answered.
Nothing is ever so simple when Ellisia is involved, however. In order to assemble the Shards, the players will have to navigate the depths of the ancnt station of Tugator, discovering the secrets hidden deep within as they meet the others still pursuing these relics. Unfortunately, this must be done quickly; it is only a matter of time until the consequences of Ellisia’s actions bring about the destruction of Tugator and everyone on it!
Character Profile - Quiprie
Leading a band of vigilante Ratmen operating in the heart of Tugator, Quiprie seeks to maintain order on the station and keep her people safe. Distrustful of ambitious adventurers out to make a quick credit and anyone who might bring trouble to her station, players soon find themselves on the long end of her dual pistols.
As shady operators clash over control of the relics, players will have to earn the trust of this sceptical Clan Handler if they hope to find a reliable ally on Tugator; until then, she will serve as a dogged and clever adversary.
GF: Star Quest Gameplay
With six chapters containing a grand total of a dozen missions, players will navigate Tugator’s inner workings. They will find foes in every corner of the station, from the crowded upper decks to massive conveyor belts taking up entire floors in trash disposal rooms, facing dangers ranging from biological contaminants to oxygen shortages.
Ratmen lurk around every corner, determined to bring you and your allies to face Quiprie’s justice. With the fate of the station at stake, you and your companions will have to outwit and outfight these relentless vigilantes if you want to avoid destruction.
Using Quipre in Grimdark Future
Of course Quipre can also beused in your Grimdark Future and Grimdark Future: Firefight games as well as a Narrative Hero. Here her Gunslinger prowess helps her shine on ranged focused lists with Predator Shooter Aura helping shots multiply. When mixed with her own Dual Plas-Charge Revolvers This is a rather dangerous proposition!
Onwards to Adventure
After four campaigns seeking the Chrono Shards and dealing with backstabbing and scheming throughout the remote frontier, Breaking the Cycle is going to bring the saga to its conclusion and finally resolve the mysteries at the core of this adventure. This new Grimdark Future Star Quest campaign will allow you to bring your own band of heroes to the table to uncover the mysteries of Tugator and the Frontier.
